Redman Homes, a subsidiary of Champion Home Builders, hails from Indiana. They got their start in the Midwest, and have steadily grown throughout the years. Initially they provided mobile homes, and eventually added modular homes, multi-section homes, and even commercial buildings.
Their motivation is simple: provide outstanding living at a cost that everyone can afford. This means that they have homes that meet the needs and desires of every family out there. From basic floor plans, to custom designed series including what they hail as the Ultimate Kitchen (seriously, look at that kitchen, it is gorgeous!). But the design isn’t all that makes these homes the perfect choice for an affordable house.
Redman Homes Construction
Over the years building codes change. What you might have been able to get away with 50 years ago, nobody would dream of doing to a home today. Just look at all of the issues with asbestos.
Redman Homes are built over and above the building standards. They meet, or exceed, all codes in order to provide you with a beautiful home that is safe, comfortable, and one that will last for many years to come.
What does that look like? It’s steel doors with an accompanying storm door. It’s walls that have studs spaced 16 inches apart, and packed with R-19 insulation. It’s R-40 blown in insulation in the attic with engineered roof trusses. It’s 30 year shingles, fully vented soffit, and high quality vinyl siding. It’s a whole lot more than we can list off here in a single blog post.
